Our professional services will help you enjoy owning your vacation home.  Our philosophy is, let us do all the worrying, so you can enjoy and relax, whether you’re at home, or here on vacation.  Our personal staff at 24-7 will take care of everything, from paying all your utility bills, changing light bulbs, fixing any damage caused by water leaks, to arranging to have you picked up at the airport.  Please find below a list of some of the things we offer:

Property Inspection.

While you are away, feel assured that our professional staff will look in on your home.  We will make weekly inspections, which include a walk-through of the entire unit, turning on all the lights, air conditioning and gas stove. We will make sure that there are no water leaks or any damage in your home.  If we find something wrong, we will notify you immediately!

Key Management.

We have a record of everytime someone goes into your property.  So you can be assured we know exactly what is going on in your vacation home, and that no one will have access without your prior authorization.

Final Walk Through Inspection.

A final walk-through inspection is one of the most important aspects of the real estate buying process.  A final walk-through is an inspection performed by one of our professionals who understands the project of your development.  This inspection may take place anywhere from a few hours, to five days prior to accepting the unit from the builder, and its primary purpose is to make certain that the property is in the conditions you expect.
